Regulatory and technology – implications to real estate funds

ANREV Young Professionals working group Singapore is pleased to invite you to an evening event on 12 September 2019.

Political, regulatory and technological developments in the near future have the capacity to significantly impact the asset management industry as well as the underlying assets that are being invested in and managed. At this event, a panel of experts will discuss on the impact of these factors on the asset management industry and in particular, how a real estate fund of the future will look like.

We will begin with a short introduction on the current life cycle of a real estate fund to set the tone for our discussion before seeking the views of our panel of experts on what they think a real estate fund will look like in the next five years.

This will then be followed by networking drinks.
