ANREV Young Professionals Conference 2012 were successfully held in Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. Over 100 members joined this full day conference.

The Conference theme 'Asian Non-Listed Real Estate: Coming of Age?' focusing on the trends and issues in non-listed real estate fund industry in Asia Pacific. Keynote speaker Elisabeth Troni of UBS Global Asset Management gave us an insight of investors' view towards Asia and followed by a panel discussion further investigated what investors want and their perceptions. The Conference look into the pros and cons between China and Inda; Japan and Australia. The Conference closed by a case study on reviewing APAC nonl-listed real estate vehicles.

Networking drinks after the Conference provided a perfect ending of the day.
