Taking stock of the European property markets:
sources of growth in a maturing cycle

ANREV is pleased to invite you to join us for two research luncheons on Tuesday 05 July 2016 in Hong Kong and Thursday 07 July 2016 in Singapore. At these events, we will hear from Mr. Sam Martin, Head of Research and Strategy at AEW Europe who will focus on the current situation of European property markets, and how value can be captured at this point in the cycle.

The post-GFC recovery of the European economy and real estate markets has generally lagged those of the other major global regions. However, Europe is a broad and diverse mix of individual economies and property markets. As a result, some economies and property markets have recovered more quickly than others and different pricing dynamics abound. Whilst the European property market as a whole is at the beginning of a maturing point in the cycle and some markets appear fully priced, there are still clear and present prospects and sources for growth.
