Regional Real Estate Share Transactions - What to look for in the letter of Intent?

05 Nov 2013 @ Hong Kong

At this briefing, Mr. David Ellis will shared his expertise on real estate share transactions and told us what should we be looking out for (apart from the price) when asked to review or approve an LOI.

Mr. Ellis also highlighted the most important issues buried in the text of an LOI, illustrated by real life examples from Hong Kong and PRC transactions. The subject matter is relevant to all Asian jurisdictions and real estate asset classes. Participants will receive a checklist of the major items to consider in an LOI for future reference.
