ANREV publishes a range of research reports during the course of the year:

Investment Intentions: This is an annual ANREV study which provides a guide to expected allocation trends in the Asian non-listed real estate funds industry. It is a comprehensive survey of over 100 of the world’s leading institutional investors, fund of funds managers and fund managers operating in the Asian region. 

Management fees and terms: This study, first launched in 2010, provides an overview of the fees and terms applied by Asia Pacific non-listed real estate funds. Its purpose is to increase the transparency of fee structures and fee levels in funds and to create a framework for reporting of fees in funds. The survey is done every 2 years. 

Fund manager survey: This annual survey is a key source of industry intelligence which breaks down data on assets under management from fund managers regionally and by business line, as well as information on funds managed and client base. This survey is undertaken jointly with INREV in Europe and NCREIF in North America to present a more detailed global and regional picture.

Fund of Funds Study: The study provides an overview of the fund of funds industry globally, including insights by target region, by style and structure as well as other characteristics of funds of funds. 

Fund Termination Report: This survey aims to examine the options fund managers consider as the termination date of their fund approaches.
