The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) saw a total return of -0.74% in September 2024. The ACOE includes 17 funds with a total GAV of AUD 113.22 billion.

The Q2 2024 ANREV ODCE Asset Level Performance Report posted a total return of -0.27%. The report measures the asset level returns of 241 investments owned by 8 ODCE funds valued at US$18.86 billion as of Q2 2024.
The Q2 2024 release of the Global IRR Index release monitors 388 closed end funds across vintages from pre-2001 to 2022. The IRR of the Post-2019 group improves the most in Q2 but remains negative.
This study includes 36 vehicles managed by 18 managers that submitted their 2023 TGERs representing a combined total GAV of US$75.6 billion. Of the 36 vehicles which provided data for their TGERs, 27 vehicles provided data on their 2023 REERs. Outliers were removed from the dataset.
The IRR Quarterly Index Q2 2024 features 73 closed-end funds across vintages from pre-2005 to 2022. The IRR Index measures performance of value-added and opportunistic non-listed closed end funds investing in Asia Pacific.
Performance of Asia Pacific funds slid to -2.83% in Q2 2024, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of negative performance. The Q2 2024 sample of the ANREV Quarterly Index includes 78 funds with a total GAV of US$139.4 billion.
The GREFI All Funds Index delivered a local currency total return of -0.32% in Q2 2024 and was negative for the eighth consecutive quarter. This publication features 439 funds with a total GAV of USD 896.28 billion.
The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) saw a total return of 0.26% in August 2024. The ACOE includes 17 funds with a total GAV of AUD 114.18 billion.
The ACOE Index also reports data on geographic allocation by sector.
ANREV, INREV and NCREIF are excited to release the first global comparison of the Total Global Expense Ratio (TGER). The study includes the TGER for 46 funds out of the 49 funds included in the Global ODCE Index.
