The Q3 2024 release of the Global IRR Index release monitors 390 closed end funds across vintages from pre-2001 to 2022. The IRR of the Post-2019 group improves the most in Q3 but remains negative.
This is the 6th Review of Investor Reporting Trends survey, which is based on self-assessments submitted by 16 managers during the summer of 2024 on behalf of 22 vehicles.
The Q3 2024 ANREV ODCE Asset Level Performance Report posted a total return of 0.66%. The report measures the asset level returns of 239 investments owned by 8 ODCE funds valued at US$19.33 billion as of Q3 2024.
The GREFI All Funds Index turned positive in Q3 2024, delivering a total return of 0.38%. This publication features 436 funds with a total GAV of USD 891.93 billion.
Performance of Asia Pacific funds turned positive in Q3 2024, delivering a total return of 0.90%. The Q3 2024 sample of the ANREV Quarterly Index includes 77 funds with a total GAV of US$141.6 billion.
The IRR Quarterly Index Q3 2024 features 74 closed-end funds across vintages from pre-2005 to 2022. The IRR Index measures performance of value-added and opportunistic non-listed closed end funds investing in Asia Pacific.
The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) saw a total return of 0.24% in November 2024. The ACOE includes 17 funds with a total GAV of AUD 112.89 billion.
The ACOE Index also reports data on geographic allocation by sector.
The Q3 2024 Global ODCE reported a net total return of 1.99%, marking the first positive performance since Q2 2022. The seventh edition of the index consists of 49 funds with a combined gross asset value of US$ 350.3 billion.
