  The ANREV Quarterly Index measures net asset value performance of Asia Pacific non-listed real estate funds on a quarterly basis. Performance is measured net of fees and costs.

  The ANREV Annual Index measures net asset value performance of Asia Pacific non-listed real estate funds on an annual basis. Performance is measured net of fees and costs.

• ANREV ODCE (Open End Diversified Core Equity) Fund Index

  The ANREV Pan Asia Open-End Diversified Core Fund Index (ODCE) is a time-weighted return index with an inception date of Q4 2017, which includes funds with different vintages from 2007 to 2015.

  The ANREV Asset Level Performance Report covers the performance of assets owned by the funds included in the ANREV ODCE Fund index.

• ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index

  The ANREV Australia Core Open End Fund Monthly Index (ACOE) measures the net asset value (NAV) based performance for non-listed open end real estate funds of Australia single country funds with a core strategy on a monthly basis.

• Global Real Estate Fund Index (GREFI)

  The Global Real Estate Fund Index (GREFI) measures the performance of Asia Pacific, European, US and global non-listed real estate funds on a quarterly basis.

• Global IRR Index

  The first Global IRR Index provides data on the performance of closed end value added and opportunity non-listed real estate funds in Asia Pacific, Europe and the US.

• Global ODCE Index

  The Global Open End Diversified Core Equity Real Estate Fund Index (Global ODCE) is jointly produced by INREV, ANREV and NCREIF, and is the latest in a suite of global indices aimed at enhancing the transparency of the non-listed real estate investment industry.
