The results of the Investment Intentions Asia Pacific Survey 2013, the sixth such survey, highlighted that allocations to non-listed vehicles will continue to increase in 2013 but at a slower pace than noted in the previous two years. Allocations to real estate by other means are also expected to increase, as the region continues to mature and offers a more diverse range of products.
