The ANREV Australia Farmland Index provides financial performance of 42 different properties of market value over $1.19 billion in farmland.
ANREV Australia Farmland Index returned 12.35% on a 12 month rolling basis in Q3 2020.
On an annualized rolling return basis, the income return was at 7.07% in Q3 2020.
Capital growth rose to 4.96% in Q3 2020 on a 12 month rolling basis.
