The ANREV Australia Farmland Index provides financial performance of 39 different properties of market value over $1.06 billion in farmland.
- ANREV Australia Farmland Index returned 8.46% on a 12 month rolling basis in Q1 2021.
- On an annualized rolling return basis, the income return was at 5.15% in Q1 2021.
- Capital growth was at 3.17% in Q1 2021 on a 12 month rolling basis.

This ANREV Vehicles Universe document provides data on 371 vehicles with a total gross asset value (GAV) of US$ 257.6 billion as of Q4 2020. Data on 245 vehicles (total GAV US$160.6 billion) was extracted from the ANREV Vehicles Database. Data on the remaining 126 vehicles came from secondary sources.

The fifth consultation release of the Global IRR Index includes 319 funds with non-core strategies, comprising of 276 value added and 43 opportunity funds.
Key highlights:
> This Global IRR Index release features 77 Asia Pacific, 105 European and 137 US funds
> Funds launched in 2017 and 2018 delivered average IRRs of 7.0%, the weakest performances of all funds launched post 2009 -
The seventh net / gross return report shows a 3-month total gross return of 2.08% for the period between January and March 2021.
