At this lunch, Hong Kong. Mr. Daan van Aert from APG Asset Management presented the results of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) 2013 Survey, the leading global benchmark that measures and evaluates sustainability performance of property companies and funds. Following Daan’s presentation, Mr. Richard Paine, Managing Director, Investment Managment Asia from Lend Lease shared Lend Lease’s sustainability approach.
