Amélie Delaunay

Director, Research & Professional Standards


Amélie Delaunay is the Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. She is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including market information and performance indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.

Amélie has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 13 years.

Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Danny Mohr

Head of Valuations & Advisory Services, Greater China
Executive Director, International Valuation Asia


Danny leads the International Valuation Asia team which undertakes valuation services for listed and unlisted institutional clients who is seeking a regional approach to assignment execution and strategy.

Danny also leads the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) in Greater China overseeing VAS operation of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. With over 80 valuers, the Greater China team, has been reviewing various types of assets for public, private and state-owned enterprises, companies and organizations.

Danny joined CBRE in 1994 and he has more than 25 years’ experience in valuation, among which over 15 years in Asia. Danny has been in charge and successfully executed valuations for a number of real estate listings and most of them were the first in their respective markets in Asia. He also helps clients seeking advice on secondary interests within existing funds and advice on partial or whole platform acquisitions.

Other than valuation business, Danny is also endeavoring to establish and drive a best practice in providing specialized expertise with each property type in the region and in the industry, introducing industry leading technology platforms which supports consistent, high-quality deliverables, and promoting risk management in order to provide clients with accurate and reliable valuation advice.

James Crawford

Head of Valuation Advisory Services, Southeast Asia


Current Responsibilities

James has responsibility for Valuation services activities across Southeast Asia, with a focus on coordinating and growing JLL’s service delivery across the diverse markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. James also works closely with JLL’s Institutional Valuations team, assisting clients with cross border interests who are seeking Valuation best practice and consistency, particularly in non-core markets.


James Crawford is a qualified real estate professional with approximately 20 years’ experience in Valuation and Advisory services, including over 13 years in Asia. He has an extensive track record across multiple geographies within the Asia Pacific region and across all major assets classes as well as alternative asset classes.

Paul Walters



Paul has been with PwC in Hong Kong for over 20 years, and serves as a regional representative on the PwC Global Real Estate Leadership team, bringing a strong link into the global network of experience. Paul’s principle clients include public and private real estate funds and real estate entities.  Paul also looks after other alternative asset class private funds.

Paul has extensive experience on audit and advisory services, and also on advising clients on fund start-ups, fund listings, regulatory and compliance matters and internal controls around the investing, monitoring and operational functions.

Paul chairs the Professional Standards Committee of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate (“ANREV”), and authors the PwC & ANREV Review of Investor Reporting Trends report, and co-authors the PwC & ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate Survey.


Michelle Wong

Senior Manager



Michelle is a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong, Assurance practice. She is specialised in servicing clients in the asset management industry, in particular the real estate and private equity sub-sectors.

She has also recently spent 2 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers UK, London office where she primarily serviced UK Real Estate clients.

Michelle is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in Canada.
