Sachin Doshi

Founder and CEO

Weave Co-Living

Sachin is a global citizen having spent his time between his place of birth India, Australia and Hong Kong.

Prior to starting Weave in 2017, Sachin spent over 16 years in real estate working for global institutions like APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi in Sydney and Hong Kong -an industry that has little to do with his studies in Engineering and Physics at the Australian National University (for which he incidentally won the University Medal).

Sachin is passionate about conceptualising, creating and scaling up businesses. He is deeply interested in the behaviours of the“smartphone generation” and addressing key challenges facing young people in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia –most importantly housing and social needs.

In 2016 Sachin was selected as Urban Land Institute’s 40-under-40 most influential people in global real estate and urban land use industries.

Sachin is a native Hindi and English speaker, champion dim sum eater, above average tennis player with a below average serve, and a poor (but fast improving) Cantonese speaker -all of which make him hugely personable. Sachin can speak to anyone for hours and looks for all kinds of ways to bring tennis into the mix (especially Andy Murray) –like he did just now. If he wasn't an entrepreneur, he'd probably be a struggling professional tennis player or a serially knocked out boxer.

Bryan Pang

VP – Investments

Weave Co-Living

Bryan is a Chartered Surveyor and graduated from the University of Hong Kong, majoring in Real Estate with a First-class Honours, and studied Town and Regional Planning in the University of Sheffield.

He began his career at Goodman, an Australian integrated commercial and industrial property group that owns, develops and manages large scale logistics facilities and business parks globally. Bryan spent over four years with Goodman and assisted in managing three private equity real estate funds in Hong Kong, China and SE Asia worth USD5 billion where he was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, project financing and investor relations.

Bryan has been involved in real estate transactions of over USD600 million across Asia and still loses in Monopoly every time.

Personally, Bryan is a huge basketball fan and has an injury history similar to that of an NBA player.
