Bill Thompson of the Real Estate Advisory group of Greenhill & Co., a placement agent of real estate funds, John Fadely, a funds partner  at Weil and Alan Dalgleish of ANREV presented and discussed about investor sentiment, fund sponsor and limited partner responses to the current fundraising market and strategies for attracting new investor capital.
