He started his career in 1998 and comes with 3 years of experience in audit with Ernst & Young, London and 13 years in PE/RE fund administration experience with a global fund administration firm, working with Fund Managers from the UK, Europe, US & APAC.
William joined Alter Domus in June 2018 as a Head of Operations in Singapore. He is involved in the operational oversight of all the fund and corporate clients in Alter Domus Singapore and is ultimately responsible for the service delivery to the clients. He will also be actively involved in the relationship management for Alter Domus clients, which predominantly private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds.
William graduated from University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom with a Master degree in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor degree in Accounting & Financial Management. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant.

Sum has held various roles in the banking and financial services industry throughout his career, which spans over a decade.
He began his career at Credit Suisse, where he managed key client relationships with External Asset Managers including family offices and boutique wealth managers. In his next role in Schroders' private banking arm he advised clients on investments across various assets classes, such as equities, fixed income, FX, structured products, mutual, hedge and private equity funds. He also helped manage a suite of discretionary portfolios targeting clients with different risk profiles.
Prior to joining Alter Domus, Sum spent close to four years at a global fund administration and corporate services firm, leading their business development initiatives in South Asia and Oceania. Based in Singapore, he successfully acquired regional clients, expanding the business to include fund managers from Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Sum holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance and Economics) from the University of Sydney, and obtained his private banking and fund management certifications from the Institute of Banking and Finance, Singapore. He is also a Certified Associate in Project Management.
David Faulkner is a Managing Director of Colliers International responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asian region. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke, and has been based in Asia for over 30 years. He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in the Asian region including valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy and structuring investments. He covers all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure. He also acts as an independent expert in making determinations in commercial rent disputes and has advised on a number of complex property valuation issues. David currently chairs Colliers International’s global valuation group and is actively involved in valuation assignments across the globe.
David is a trustee of the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition, and is also a past member of International Valuation Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC); a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Global Valuation Professional Group Board; a trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); practising member of The Academy of Experts and a member of the Best Practices Committee of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA).

Cuong Nguyen is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and head of Asia Pacific Investment Research. Based in Singapore, Cuong is responsible for leading PGIM Real Estate’s research efforts in Asia Pacific and overseeing the research teams that support investment management activities across the region. Cuong is a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Committee.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Cuong was head of research and strategy for M&G Real Estate Asia, where he developed market forecasts and identified long-term trends across the Asia Pacific markets to drive investment decisions, product development and regional business strategy. Earlier, he was a research analyst at Prudential Property Investment Managers, Ltd. in London, a part of Prudential PLC and unaffiliated with PGIM Real Estate. Previously, Cuong was a consultant for Watson Wyatt LLP.
