China housing markets – cities without tiers”(Open to members and non-members)

With the policy shift to city or even district-specific local tightening or easing measures, diverging credit conditions for developers and confusing headline level property market indicators, what’s a sensible way to look at the China housing markets in 2019-2020? What are the big questions on LPs’ minds and how to address them?

In this presentation, Robert Ciemniak, the Founder and CEO of Real Estate Foresight and Robotic Online Intelligence, will share a data-driven perspective combined with first-hand primary research on regional and city-level China housing markets.
