Business Development Executive

Ellis Gardner is the Business Development Executive for GPT’s flexible workspace business, Space&Co. Ellis has several years’ experience in various roles in this fast-paced industry. Her key focus in this role is to drive strong leasing results and help position Space&Co. as the market leader in flexible workspace.
Ellis enjoys working with GPT’s corporate customers on integrating flexible workspace into their property solution.
Head of Funds Management, Group Strategy & Research
The GPT Group
Nick is responsible for GPT’s funds management activities, including the development of the Group’s funds management platform and the creation of new products. He plays a key role in the development of Group Strategy and is also responsible for the Group’s Research function.
Nick has been involved in property and funds management for more than 25 years. Prior to joining GPT in 2006 he held property-related roles at both BT Financial Group and Lendlease. During his career, his roles have included property and asset management, portfolio management, capital transactions and business development.
Nick has a Land Economics degree from the University of Technology, Sydney (University Medal and First Class Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a member of the Executive Board of The Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV), a member of the Property Council of Australia's Global Investment Group and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
