ASIAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT MARKETS 2017 AND ONWARDS - CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

ANREV and Allianz Real Estate are pleased to invite you to a breakfast briefing in Munich on 20 January 2017.

Chief Economist at Allianz SE, Dr. Michael Heise, will share his views on global growth prospects for the year 2017 and what that could mean for monetary policy, bond yields and stock markets, at a time that the world economy faces a considerable increased level of uncertainty. Given its importance for the world economy, Michael Heise will also present his take on China’s future growth path and the possible implications for the Asia region as a whole.

Global Head of Research at Allianz Real Estate, Dr. Alexandra Krystalogianni will then take this macro-economic context and review megatrends and structural drivers for Asian real estate markets, define where we stand in the real estate cycle and focus in particular on opportunities in China and India.

Both speakers have agreed to take questions. The press will not be represented at the meeting.
