Responsible as Fund Manager for Australia’s leading and largest, open-end Living fund, which consists of 35 high quality student accommodation assets totaling over 17,300 beds and valued at ~ A$6 billion.

Louise focuses primarily on operational living investments. Louise has been involved with the Australian living sectors since 2016, initially advising early adopters in the sector in a strategic research capacity before expanding into a broader Living Sector capital markets role.
