Matthew is a funds lawyer and a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds group. He has over 20 years of experience and has practised in Singapore since 2010. He advises asset managers and investors on the establishment and operation of funds, structured investments and JVs, with a particular focus on the real estate, technology and venture capital sectors.
