Alex Crossing
Regional Head – Asia Pacific Indirect Real Estate Strategies
CBRE Investment Management

Alex Crossing is the Regional Head for Asia Pacific within Indirect Real Estate Strategies at CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) and has worked across the Singapore and Sydney offices since 2008. She is responsible for managing the Asia Pacific component of global investment mandates, sourcing and undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities. Ms. Crossing is on the Indirect Management Team and represents Indirect on CBRE IM’s Sustainability Committee.

Alex joined CBRE IM in 2008 after spending four years with CBRE in Hong Kong as a Director within the CBRE Consulting business. Ms. Crossing performed a regional role working with CBRE Consulting teams across Asia providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies, feasibility/highest and best use assessments as well as research and analysis relating to real estate acquisition and disposition. Ms. Crossing was also a Property Manager for AMP Capital and she started her career in the real estate sector as an Analyst for Tourism Asset Holdings Limited (TAHL) in 1997. Alex has a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed RIAA’s Responsible Investment Essentials.

Josie Taslim
Senior Manager, Investor Relations
Dexus

Josie Taslim is Senior Investor Relations Manager at Dexus and is responsible for investor engagement and relationship management for the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and Dexus’s real estate joint ventures and mandates. This includes the creation and execution of the investor relations strategy to foster strong institutional capital relationships, and equity raising and marketing. Prior to this, Josie held a variety of roles in Dexus’s corporate governance and sustainability teams, including leading current and prospective investor due diligence reviews for Dexus’s unlisted pooled property funds and as Dexus’s ESG Reporting Manager where was responsible for effectively communicating Dexus’s sustainability approach and performance to listed and unlisted investors. She has extensive experience partnering with both private and public companies.

Josie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Anthropology) from the University of New South Wales, a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia and is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (Social Impact) at UNSW’s Australian Graduate School of Management.
