Andrew Bell
National Director, Capital Markets, Industrial & Logistics
CBRE Asia Pacific

Andrew has extensive experience in real estate investments across the Asia Pacific region. As a National Director in CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team, he supports the development and execution of real estate transactions throughout the region.

Prior to his current role, Andrew served as a Senior Manager in CBRE’s Singapore office, where he supported clients in the Industrial & Logistics market. Over the past decade, his contributions have significantly enhanced CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics capabilities.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Property from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property from Deakin University.

Jack Walters
Fund Manager - CPIF
Charter Hall

Jack has extensive experience in real estate investments across the Pacific and currently serves as a Fund Manager for Charter Hall. In this role, he primarily focuses on the Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund (CPIF), which manages $12 billion in logistics and warehouse assets strategically located in major Australian capital cities.

Before assuming his current position, Jack concentrated on building strong investor relationships for wholesale investors at Charter Hall, demonstrating a track record of income growth from stable, long-leased assets.

Prior to joining Charter Hall a decade ago, Jack worked for Macquarie Group in their Specialised Investment Solutions team within the broader Macquarie Asset Management division.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from The University of Sydney.

Jack McCall
Transaction Manager
CBRE

Jack is a Transaction Manager within CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions business across the Pacific. He is responsible for advising and implementing structured transactions for both public and private sector clients, managing the entire transaction lifecycle from business case development and transaction strategy to negotiation and financial close. His focus is on enhancing portfolio positions for large occupier clients across various asset classes.

Before joining CBRE, Jack gained valuable experience in commercial infrastructure project finance with CPB Contractors. In this time, he supported the successful delivery of the M80 Ring Road Project, which was recognised with the prestigious Australian Construction Achievement Award.

Jack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Property from The University of Melbourne and is a certified practising Agent in Real Estate (Cert IV).
