Mr. Sheehy is a Senior Managing Director at Artemis and sits on the Investment Committee for the firm’s Healthcare Fund Series.

Mr. Sheehy leads Artemis’ healthcare-related acquisitions and asset management. He joined Artemis in May 2017 and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Prior to Artemis, Mr. Sheehy spent six years at Formation Capital as a Managing Director, where he helped oversee Formation’s effort to identify new investment opportunities in healthcare real estate and healthcare private equity and was responsible for the investment of over $400 million in equity, representing $1.6 billion in total acquisitions. In total, Mr. Sheehy managed and co-managed the investment of over $3.0 billion in transactions across a broad range of healthcare investments, products and companies. While at Formation, Mr. Sheehy served as a board member of Hospice Compassus, RHA Health Services and Frontier Management. Prior to Formation Capital, Mr. Sheehy worked for six years with members of the Artemis senior team at J.E. Robert Companies.

Mr. Sheehy received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia. He also served on the McIntire Young Alumni Council and served as Chairman of the Future Leaders Council for the National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Care Industry (NIC).

Jose is one of the founding partners of Evonite, a Pan European Value Add Real estate Manager emanating from the old Rocksring / Patrizia Value Add team. Prior to Evonite, José was the Global Head of Investment Strategy at M&G Real Estate, where he chaired the Global Investment Committee and was a member of the Executive Board. Between 2004- 2007 and 2011-2017, he worked at Rockspring Property Investment Managers, as Head of Research. After the acquisition of Rockspring by PATRIZIA, Jose became Patrizia’s Global Head of Research and a member of PATRIZIA’s Senior Leadership Group. Jose has also worked at Goldman Sachs, AEW and Deutsche Bank.

Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.

Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
