ANREV is pleased to invite you to a briefing in Singapore for the launch of our Investment Intentions Survey 2025.
The 2025 ANREV / INREV / PREA Investment Intentions survey covers allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. Charles Haase, ANREV's Chief Executive, will share with us the key highlights of the survey, followed by a panel discussion.
The survey highlights and panel discussion will be followed by a presentation on the current economic environment by an economist.
The events will conclude with networking drinks.

Speakers
Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Sarah Winbur is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Real Estate at APG Asset Management Asia. She joined APG in Hong Kong in 2018. Sarah relocated to Singapore in January 2023 to help build out APG’s new office, with a specific focus on South and Southeast Asia.
Sarah is responsible for executing investment and asset-management strategies in the Asia-Pacific region, with coverage across Australia, China, India and Japan. She has a wide-ranging investment track record within Real Estate, across mainstream sectors (office, residential and retail) and alternative sectors (such as data centres and private debt).
Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate and funds management industry. Prior to joining APG, Sarah was Assistant Portfolio Manager for Savills Investment Management in both Hong Kong and London, covering asset and portfolio management. Sarah holds a Masters in Real Estate, Economics & Finance (with Distinction), a First Class Honours from the University of Durham and is a Chartered Surveyor.
Pamela heads up the Investor Intelligence program, partnering closely with JLL’s regional Capital Markets and global Research teams, advising and interacting with its existing and future client base. Core to her role is the delivery of JLL Capital Markets data and intelligence, geographic and sectoral thematics, and articulation of the firm’s broader investment advisory strategy. She coordinates JLL’s market-leading capital analysis and research products, data programs and provides timely external commentary on topical real estate investment and macroeconomic themes.
Pamela joins JLL from regional broadcaster CNA where she presented and produced global and regional business and economic news. She brings more than a decade of experience as a financial correspondent covering international capital markets, M&A, monetary policy and real estate. Throughout her career, she’s worked for global media platforms including Forbes, Reuters, Bloomberg, and CNBC. Geographically, she has been based in New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, and now Singapore. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Alternative Assets Council.
Wenning is a Director of Portfolio Management and responsible for the Global Fund of Funds portfolio. She brings decades real estate investment experience in the USA and Asia. Her work experience includes nearly thirteen years at Franklin Templeton Real Asset Advisors (FRAA), mostly in Singapore, where she served as a Senior Vice President and as a voting member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. While at Franklin, Wenning lead the growth of the Asia Indirect team, and focused on sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, as well as portfolio management responsibilities. Previously, Wenning spent over seven years at California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) as an Investment Officer responsible for its Asia real estate investment strategy. Wenning also managed CalPERS’ Real Estate Insurance program which provided Property & Liability, Earthquake, Terrorism, and Environmental insurance coverage for all the domestic real estate holdings.
Alessandro Fiascaris is Senior Vice President, Head of Investments Asia Pacific Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset management and business builder. He leads a team responsible for investments in Asia Pacific, having joined Oxford in 2022.
Prior to joining Oxford, he worked at a Blackstone for fifteen years in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
Alessandro holds a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University. He currently lives in Singapore.
