ANREV Investment Intentions Survey 2025 - Hong Kong Launch Event
ANREV is pleased to invite you to a briefing in Hong Kong for the launch of our Investment Intentions Survey 2025.
The 2025 ANREV / INREV / PREA Investment Intentions survey covers allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. Charles Haase, ANREV's Chief Executive, will share with us the key highlights of the survey. The event will kick off with a macro-update, followed by the presentation of survey results and a panel discussion.
The events will conclude with networking drinks.

Speakers
Charles Haase is Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV is a member driven non-profit organization producing research and indices relevant to the private real estate industry in Asia Pacific, and promoting improved transparency and best practices across the region.
Prior to joining ANREV, Charlie had experience on both sides of the investment table, working for Aetos Japan and Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, and for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System in the United States. Prior to joining CalSTRS, Charlie was on the Economics faculty of San Francisco State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Ada Choi leads CBRE’s Research team in Asia Pacific. Since joining CBRE in 2005, Ada has held a variety of leadership roles, including head of occupier research, capital markets research, and data intelligence and management for Asia Pacific, as well as head of research for Greater China.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ada worked in financial markets research for the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s Planning and Research team, where she led research into financial market development trends and benchmarking Hong Kong against other leading global financial centers.
Ada has 20 years research experience in the Asia Pacific real estate market. She holds a MSc in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Analysis for Business from the City University of Hong Kong and a BA in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.

Rebecca is responsible for our real estate investments in Asia and leads the Greater China real estate team based in the Hong Kong office. Rebecca joined CPP Investments in 2009 and has been instrumental in growing the Asia real estate business and building CPP Investments brand in the region.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Rebecca has worked at Goldman Sachs Real Estate advisory team and has spent several years with other major investment banks in Hong Kong focusing on M&A and financing activities for real estate companies in Asia.
Rebecca holds a BComm in Marketing from the University of British Columbia.
Nat Miller is based in Hong Kong with QuadReal Property Group where he focuses on the firm’s Asia Pacific portfolio. He was formerly with IMT Capital, a multifamily fund manager based in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, and fundraising across four funds totaling $1.8 billion in committed capital. Previously, he held positions at J.P. Morgan as a credit analyst and coverage banker. Nat started his career with Colliers International in China, focusing on the industrial and logistics sector. He holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
