Acquired in 2021 by Hines, Dash Living on Prat is a 159-key aparthotel and residence, which underwent significant renovations into a premier co-living complex featuring contemporary design, amenities, and a community lifestyle targeting today’s young professionals.

Kitty Cheung has almost two decades of experience at mixed-use and retail property projects, including the past four years at Hines. She currently serves a dual role which includes the implementation of sustainability strategies at the firm’s projects. Prior to joining Hines, Kitty worked for Shui On Land, Hong Kong’s International Finance Centre and Nan Fung Group.

Kitty received her bachelor's degree of Business Administration with a double major in Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
