The ANREV Young Professionals site tour event was successfully held on 20 August in Sydney.

Spanning two city blocks, Quay Quarter Tower is a Premium grade office tower completed in May 2022. The tower provides over 49 storeys, with typical floorplates of 2,000 square metres. Quay Quarter Tower is a world first vertical village that redefines the future of work, offering some of Sydney’s best views with a focus on promoting human interactions to drive business success. The tower is on track to achieve a Green Star rating of 6 and 5.5-star NABERS rating.

After the site tour, participants gathered for networking drinks.

Ashlea Borean joined DWPF as Assistant Fund Manager in April 2022. She is responsible for the implementation of the Fund’s strategy and is passionate about leveraging her financial acumen and commercial insight on behalf of investors. Ashlea has more than 13 years’ experience in the property industry, including 9 years at Dexus, in financial analysis, risk management and investment strategy. She has been involved in acquisitions, divestments, corporate M&A and fund structuring across several property sectors and is responsible for over $7 billion in transactions. Ashlea has a Bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology.
