Moderator and Panelists
Amélie Delaunay is the Senior Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV, the Asian association for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles where she leads a team of six, responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Market information and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including ANREV indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.
Amélie has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia since 2006.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Sarah Winbur is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Real Estate at APG Asset Management Asia. She joined APG in Hong Kong in 2018. Sarah relocated to Singapore in January 2023 to help build out APG’s new office, with a specific focus on South and Southeast Asia.
Sarah is responsible for executing investment and asset-management strategies in the Asia-Pacific region, with coverage across Australia, China, India and Japan. She has a wide-ranging investment track record within Real Estate, across mainstream sectors (office, residential and retail) and alternative sectors (such as data centres and private debt).
Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate and funds management industry. Prior to joining APG, Sarah was Assistant Portfolio Manager for Savills Investment Management in both Hong Kong and London, covering asset and portfolio management. Sarah holds a Masters in Real Estate, Economics & Finance (with Distinction), a First Class Honours from the University of Durham and is a Chartered Surveyor.
Monang Doshi is a seasoned professional in the field of Investment Banking, with more than 16 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory business. He currently serves as a key member of the Investment Banking team at CBRE India.
His expertise lies in assisting institutional and corporate clients with dispositions and capital raising, as well as handling M&A transactions across various asset classes, including office, retail, and residential projects.
Additionally, he played a crucial role in Asset Management, overseeing a substantial portfolio valued at $150 million for Credit Suisse and DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners.
Since 2013, Monang has been an integral part of the CBRE Capital Markets team, where he has successfully executed notable transactions totaling over $2.0 billion.
Sandeep Bihani joined Godrej Fund Management in March 2017 and heads the Fund Management and New Ventures at Godrej Funds. In this role, he oversees investments, asset management, and divestments. He is responsible for improving the property value chain and elevating the approach to asset management. Mr. Sandeep was previously part of the Investment team at Godrej Funds for 3 years. In that capacity, he was involved in all areas of the investment process and post-investment management.
Before joining Godrej Funds, he worked for more than 10 years in several roles including business planning & strategy, business development, capital market, and finance. He worked with India-based large real estate groups to achieve their growth plan strategy.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University and a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Priyank Shah is head of fund management and strategic business development at Logicap Management, the logistics fund management entity of Rava Partners. Rava Partner’s new real estate fund is actively deploying in the India market. Shah joined Logicap last year after nearly 13 years at JLL in Singapore and India covering cross boarder equity advisory across the Asia Pacific region and a brief stint as a interest rate derivatives trader
In his current role he looks after capital partnerships and business development for new investments to grow out the fund management business within the platforms new economy sectors such as logistics industrial and digital infrastructure
Shah has over 15 years of experience having worked with several large capital providers and real estate platforms advising them on their capital strategies.
