Kent is the Head of Property for UniSuper which is Australia’s only industry super fund dedicated to the higher education and research professionals. UniSuper has over 500,000 members and has circa $125B in funds under management. Kent has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, predominantly in investment management within the superannuation industry. Kent joined UniSuper in November 2009, and is responsible for the Fund’s $12 billion Property portfolio.
He is a current director of Plenary Health (Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre).
He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Evan is an Investment Associate at Madigan Capital, with a focus on real estate private credit investments across Australia & New Zealand.
Prior to joining Madigan, he worked in the Quantitative Structuring team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Global Markets division, with other roles across Macquarie Capital and JP Morgan. Before entering the finance industry, he was an architect designing commercial and residential buildings across APAC. Evan is a member of the ANREV Young Professionals Working Group.
Evan holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales.
