ANREV Investment Intentions Survey 2024 - Hong Kong Launch Event
The 2024 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey covers allocations and investment intentions of major institutional investors and funds of funds managers. Ms. Amélie Delaunay, ANREV's Senior Director of Research & Professional Standards will share with us the key highlights of the survey. This event will kick off by macroeconomy update, followed survey results presentation and panel discussion, conclude with networking drinks.

Amélie Delaunay is the Senior Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV, the Asian association for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles where she leads a team of five, responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Market information and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including ANREV indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.
Amélie has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 16 years.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Brian Hung is a Director in the Private Real Estate Asia Pacific team at APG and is responsible in evaluating and executing new investments as well as managing existing investments in APG’s Real Estate portfolio across Asia Pacific. Brian has 17 years of industry experience and has managed a real estate portfolio across all sectors including: logistics, retail, office, student accommodation, retirement living, residential and real estate debt.
Previously, Brian was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Leverage Finance team in New York and subsequently in the Asia Real Estate and Gaming team in Hong Kong.
Brian received his BBA in finance and accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Chi Hua is Managing Director in Real Estate Asia team at CPP Investments based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for North Asia investments. Chi Hua has 18 years of industry experience, who has managed multiple key partnerships in the region across various sectors, strategies and countries.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Chi Hua worked in Private Real Estate Asia Pacific team in APG and Research team in APG Amsterdam. Chi Hua earned BBA in National Taiwan University, MS in Vrije Universiteit and Stanford University.
Andrew is chief Asia Pacific economist, head of Emerging Markets (EM) Economic Research and co-head of Macro Research in Asia Pacific. He coordinates regional and global EM economics research publications and writes on issues including China’s economy, US-China economic relations and the broader Asia Pacific macro outlook. The Asia Pacific economics team has won awards for forecasting accuracy from Focus Economics, including Best Economic Forecaster for China in 2021, and Bloomberg. Andrew relocated to Hong Kong in 2012 from the US economics team in New York, which received awards from The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Blue Chip Economic Indicators for forecast accuracy, and was voted the top economics group in multiple Institutional Investor surveys of fixed income investors. Andrew joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 and was named managing director in 2009 and partner in 2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a manager at McKinsey & Company, a research economist at the McKinsey Global Institute and served as senior advisor to the Office of International Affairs in the US Treasury. Andrew earned degrees in economics from Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
Nikhil is head of Real Estate Asia Pacific whin Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He is a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Private Real Estate Investment Committee.
Nikhil joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as an analyst in the Specialty Lending Group within the Special Situations Group (SSG), where he focused on middle market corporate lending. In 2010, he moved to the Asset Investing Group within SSG in New York. In 2020, Nikhil moved to Hong Kong with the Real Estate business in Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He as named managing director in 2019.
Nikhil earned a BA in Economics from Northwest University in 2008.
