ANREV is hosting a webinar session on 21 November 2013. Pavel Pavlov of INREV will provide an update on ANREV Vehicle Data Management System. The system is efficient and user friendly and will reduce the number of information requests from ANREV. It not only facilitates the process of data collection but is also the foundation for additional ANREV work such as data analysis and research. Pavel will describe the impact of how this system replaces the first generation of data input tools that were launched in 2009. At that time, separate online systems were set up to collect data for the ANREV Index and for the ANREV Vehicles Universe. This resulted in some data being requested from fund managers twice. In 2013, these two systems were merged to create the Vehicles Data Management System, which has simplified and improved functionality.

Pavel Pavlov, Data Analyst, INREV                         

Pavel is working as a data analyst at INREV and is responsible for calculating the INREV Index and coordinating the quarterly requests for data from fund managers. He has also helped create and improve the INREV/ANREV Online Tools which were launched in the beginning of the 2013. Pavel is also supporting on the development of the global index and assisting ANREV with the calculation of its annual and quarterly indices. In his previous position at AXA Real Estate in Amsterdam, Pavel was directly involved in the real estate fund raising and sales activities across Benelux, UK and the Nordics. In addition, he has commercial real estate experience primarily focused on retail real estate sale and lease acquisition transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Pavel graduated from the University of Amsterdam, MSc. Business Economics, Real Estate Finance track. He also holds a MSc. Finance and Banking and BSc. Economics from Sofia University. Pavel is a certified real estate appraiser in Bulgaria.
