"Re-discovering HK" is a series of property tours to showcase various types of properties in the city and how they are creating a positive impact on the local community.

ANREV Young Professionals Working Group is pleased to invite you to join the first tour on 2 June 2023 in Hong Kong.

The first property that we are touring is our member KaiLong Group's KONNECT+, located in the heart of Wan Chai, adjacent to Central CBD and the popular shopping area of Causeway Bay. The building has undergone extensive refurbishment works in 2019 to convert it into a modern, state-of-the-art commercial complex. KONNECT+ currently houses a balanced profile of quality F&B tenants, financial institutions, as well as beauty & wellness centers.

After the site tour, participants will gather for a dinner at the legendary dai pai dong, Tung Po Kitchen.

Mr. Ho has more than 15 years' experience in China real estate investment and development. Starting from 2010 with KaiLong, Mr. Ho mainly focuses on fundraising, fund management, acquisitions and business development for the company. He is one of the founding members of KaiLong’s maiden USD, GBP and HKD funds.
 
Prior to that, Mr. Ho had worked with Bank of China Group Investment and Charoen Pokphand Group focusing on commercial real estate investment and supervision of China real estate portfolio.
