Unpacking the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor
This webinar session is successfully held on 7 December 2022.
The Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (“CRREM”) initiative aims to “make decarbonization measurable” by providing a free-to-use Excel-based tool which incorporates decarbonization pathways and enables assessment of stranding risk for real estate assets.
During the session, a panel of expert speakers shared key findings of the 8-month CRREM pilot study launched by APG Asset Management Asia (“APG”) and the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (“ANREV”). The pilot program was supported by several real estate investors, developers, and managers with the intention to better understand both the challenges and opportunities for the adoption of CRREM analyses in the Asia Pacific region.
