Nick Crockett
Executive Director | Real Estate

Nick is a strategic thinker who enjoys developing and executing creative solutions for clients.

He has over 20 years of real estate, finance, and management experience across a variety of global markets. He has established and managed multiple platforms within Asia-Pacific for the origination and management of real estate debt and equity capital. He has a long track record of arranging and structuring debt and equity real estate capital for single assets, programmatic joint ventures, and commingled funds across multiple countries, and has a deep global network of relationships across the real estate industry.

Prior to joining KordaMentha's Real Estate Group, Nick held several senior roles in Australia and Singapore, most recently as Head of Capital for Cadence Property Group.

With roles as a Responsible Manager for a wholesale Australian Financial Services Licensee, and similar roles with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Nick brings extensive knowledge and experience with compliance frameworks across various jurisdictions.  

Benjamin Adams
Senior Associate | Commercial Real Estate Group
Baker & McKenzie

Benjamin is a Senior Associate in Baker McKenzie's Commercial Real Estate Group in Melbourne and vice-chair of the ANREV Young Professionals Working Group. He has 10 years' experience advising on structured property transactions, joint ventures and the acquisition, financing, lease and sale of commercial property with a focus on capital markets. He acts for major listed and unlisted property funds, institutional landlords and major corporate tenants.

Benjamin has previously worked at Baker McKenzie's Sydney and London offices and at London based FTSE100 listed private equity firm, Intermediate Capital Group plc in their sale and leaseback strategy. Benjamin sat on the New South Wales Law Society's Property Law Committee from 2015 to 2019 and was previously chair of the NSW Young Lawyer's Property Law Committee. He regularly writes on property law related issues for a number of publications including the Australian Property Law Bulletin and Law Society Journal. 

When he isn't working, Benjamin enjoys rowing, cycling and drinking craft beer. 

Melinda McLaughlin
Senior Vice President, Global Head of Research
Prologis

Melinda McLaughlin, senior vice president, global head of research, is responsible for leading the global research team, she focuses on tracking, analyzing, and forecasting logistics real estate fundamentals and structural industry trends.  Additionally, she is responsible for translating these insights into strategic decision-making for the company. Her other areas of specialization include supply chain reconfiguration, location differentiation and econometric modeling.

Prior to joining Prologis in 2015, Ms. McLaughlin was a vice president at Rosen Consulting Group, a boutique firm that provides economic, housing and commercial real estate strategic consulting services to a diverse roster of clients. 

Ms. McLaughlin holds a bachelor of science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in real estate. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
 

Georgina Bishop
CIB Fund & ART Mandate Manager
ISPT

With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry with a specific focus on the retail sector, Georgina Bishop has worked across a variety of areas including Investment and Asset Management, Development and Asset Stabilisation, Transactions, Joint Venture Management, Valuations and Valuation Management. Georgina has recently expanded her focus into the Social Infrastructure sector and Funds Management, taking on the role of CIB Fund & ART Mandate Manager at ISPT.
