Neil acts as the global relationship manager to a dedicated portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
Neil has over 19 years of international experience working in financial services, spanning Ireland, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Asia. During this period Neil gained a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of Fund clients and asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Infrastructure. He brings invaluable experience dealing with start-ups under EUR 5 million as well as large Funds with over billions in commitment across multiple jurisdictions. He has experience partnering with numerous Fund Managers to provide seamless and effective backend solutions from a Fund Administration perspective.
Neil is a Chartered Accountant and a native English speaker. He is also an active member of various INREV committees.
Mr. Co, a Managing Partner with 26 years of industry experience, serves on Accord’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Prior to co-founding Accord, Mr. Co was a Managing Director with Macquarie Capital in its Real Estate Private Capital Markets Group, where he most recently served as Head of European Real Estate Private Capital Markets. Prior to co-founding Presidio Partners LLC, Mr. Co was a Vice President with Banc of America Securities LLC in its real estate private equity practice. He joined the firm as a member of the real estate investment banking group in 1997, where he participated in the execution of more than $3 billion in real estate debt, equity and M&A transactions on behalf of several opportunity funds, REITs and private real estate companies. Prior to joining BAS, Mr. Co was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP in San Francisco.
Mr. Co earned a Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Co is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) and the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV). Mr. Co is also a member of the Real Estate Executive Council.
Ronald Bausch is a Senior Director in the Private Real Estate team at PGGM, and member of the PGGM Real Estate Investment Committee. Ronald joined PGGM in October 2015, with responsibility for sourcing, structuring and managing investments across Asia Pacific. PGGM is a leading Dutch asset manager with about EUR 250 billion in assets under management on behalf of Dutch pension funds. PGGM is an active investor through partnerships with strategic and local operating partners globally.
PGGM emphasises the importance of ESG factors in its investment processes and strives for investing in solutions for sustainable developments. On behalf of PGGM, Ronald fulfills board positions in investor committees of several Asian indirect real estate vehicles. Ronald was previously the real estate and infrastructure portfolio manager for another Dutch pension fund, working for an independent advisor, Grontmij Capital Consultants. He, also for other clients, was involved in portfolio modeling and strategy related questions. In addition, he had responsibility over searches, due diligence and investment processes. Before that, he worked for JLL in the strategic advisory team. In this position he was responsible for asset and portfolio restructuring and refinancing issues.
Ronald holds a Masters Degree in Finance.
Tamas Mark is Client Relationship Director and Head of Real Estate at IQ-EQ Luxembourg. He acts as a key relationship director to a dedicated portfolio of Real Estate clients and is responsible for driving the Real Estate strategy for Luxembourg. He is also a member of the valuation committee of our third party AIFM.
Prior to joining IQ-EQ he held a number of strategic senior leadership roles such as Director Real Estate and Business Unit Director, Real Estate Solutions with a Luxembourg based investor services group. His experience also includes a three-year period as a Senior Manager for Corporate & Tax Services with a niche Luxembourg based law firm as well as senior tax advisory roles with two of the Big 4 accountancy practices.
Tamas is a chartered accountant, certified tax advisor, MRICS qualified and he is vice-chairing industry leading working groups in Luxembourg.
A native Hungarian speaker, Tamás is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge in French and German.
