Prior to co-founding KSL Capital Partners, Mr. Resnick co-founded KSL Resorts in 2004 and served as Chief Financial Officer. Preceding KSL Resorts, he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a predecessor company, KSL Recreation, which he joined in 2001. Prior to KSL Recreation, he served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations, and Treasurer of Vail Resorts (NYSE:MTN). Prior to Vail, he was a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Mr. Resnick is a member of KSL’s Management and investment committees (for all investment vehicles). He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board of directors of United States Ski and Snowboard and as a board member of its related Foundation, as well as Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and on the Advisory Board of the University of Colorado Anschutz Cancer Center. He is a former board member of the Vail Valley Foundation, the Denver Museum of Science and Nature, the Vail Mountain School, and former founding board member of Rocketship, a non-profit charter school operator. Eric is a member of Real Estate Roundtable, the Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council and the World Travel and Tourism Council. Mr. Resnick holds a B.A. with distinction in mathematics and economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Cornell University.
Mr. Weissmann joined KSL in March 2008. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he led Goldman’s Gaming, Hospitality and Leisure practice. Prior to joining Goldman in 1998, he was an attorney in the real estate and corporate groups with the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City. Mr. Weissmann began his career in 1984 as a real estate developer in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Weissmann holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
