ANREV is pleased to invite to a morning briefing in Hong Kong on 15 December.
At this session, we will be presenting highlights of the 2021 ANREV/PwC Real Estate Fund Managers Benchmarking Survey. The Survey attracted participation of 31 funds managers, representing more than US$1 trillion of real estate assets under management globally. Click here to download the report.

Join us on a conversation with Andrew Read of Langham Hall, Jenny Cheung of Phoenix Property Investors, and Phinex Wong of Invesco Real Estate, on key issues and challenges around

Andrew Read is a partner of Langham Hall and leads the business in Asia. He has 30 years experience in financial services and fund management and 20 years of business experience in Asia. Prior to Langham Hall he was with Mckinsey & Co. as an Associate Principal in the Tokyo office. Andrew graduated from Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Anderson in London and Jersey.
Phinex Wong is the Senior Director and Fund Manager for Invesco Real Estate, currently managing their Asia Core Fund. Prior to this position he has been in a few roles including the Head of Separate Accounts, the Fund Manager for the two Asia opportunistic funds and also the Head of Asset Management in the Asia ex-Japan region.
Phinex joined Invesco Real Estate in 2011 and the former AIG Global Real Estate in 2006. Prior to AIG, Phinex worked in a couple of property consultancy firms including CBRE where he was the Director of Valuation & Advisory Services covering the Greater China region. He is a chartered surveyor.
Ms. Cheung is responsible for fundraising and investor relations at Phoenix Property Investors, also co-chair the Sustainability Taskforce who drives ESG development at both corporate and vehicle level. She was the Head of Residential, Asset Management, who managed the sales and marketing of Phoenix Pan-Asia residential portfolio with a Gross Asset Value of over US$2 billion.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Ms. Cheung served in various positions at leading Hong Kong-listed developers including Swire Properties and Sino Group, accumulating over 17 years of experience in large-scale and luxury residential development portfolios across Asia Pacific.
Michelle is a senior manager at PwC Hong Kong. She specialises in serving clients in the asset management industry, including asset management firms and alternative investment funds (in particular, the real estate and private equity funds). She also has experience in advising clients on fund start-ups, and regulatory and compliance matters. She also spent 2 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers UK, London office servicing UK real estate clients (including public listed companies) and private equity funds.
