Neil is the Global Head of Real Assets, leading a multi-disciplinary team investing internationally across real estate and infrastructure within the direct, listed and multi-manager space.
Neil joined Aberdeen Standard Investments (“ASI”) in August 2011, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for debt investment, product/fund structuring, tax, legal & financial structuring for the real estate business, whilst supporting debt financing across asset classes. Neil developed and fund managed ASI’s commercial real estate debt platform, lending across sectors with responsibility for circa GBP 600m of capital across mandates. Most recently, as the CEO & Representative Director of Aberdeen Standard Investments (Japan), Neil spent over 4 years in Tokyo building and leading ASI’s Japanese asset management business.
Neil is an English qualified solicitor. Neil received his MBA (Finance) with distinction from Manchester Business School in January 2007 and has a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University (1999). Neil completed MIT’s Advanced Management Programme in February 2019.
Roun founded Dunedin Property in 1996 and is the Chief Executive Officer of ARA Dunedin, taking primary responsibility for corporate finance, deal structuring and managing commercial relationships, in addition to managing acquisitions and investment strategy.
Roun has over 30 years of direct real estate experience; before founding Dunedin, Roun spent 4 years with ING Real Estate where he was responsible for managing the UK portfolio. Prior to ING Real Estate, he was a Partner at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was responsible for West End investment and development for more than 5 years.
Roun trained as a lawyer but has spent his entire career in real estate investment and asset management.
Emily focuses on uncovering the best investment opportunities in the UK, Europe and the US for cross-border investors. Based in Singapore since 2015, she has forged strong relationships with institutional investors, private equity funds, and high net worth individuals throughout the region, taking Asia’s most aggressive capital out of the region. Emily is also an expert commentator on living sectors within the Asia Pacific region, having worked with Asian capital on student accommodation and multifamily deals worldwide.
Andrew became Head of Product Strategy and Development for Savills IM in January 2021.
In this role, Andrew is responsible for the global product strategy and development of the Savills IM business across real estate sectors, geographies and product types.
The product strategy side of his work draws on the research and insight of the business through to assessing market opportunities and client demand. The development aspect seeks to ensure product delivery is in line with business strategy.
Before joining Savills IM, Andrew worked at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he held several senior roles and was most recently global head of Investment Research, Real Estate. From 2004 to 2010 he was Head of Research & Strategy at Cordea Savills (now Savills IM).
Nicho is Managing Director for Investments, UK with responsibility for investing across all real estate sectors in the United Kingdom on behalf of Tristan’s funds.
Nicho joined from Hermes Real Estate Investment Management where he was the Fund Manager for Hermes Central London Limited Partnership, a value add real estate fund investing directly in the office and retail sectors in central London.
During his time at Hermes, Nicho was also a director of various Argent companies including Argent Kings Cross GP Limited, the developer of the Kings Cross Estate, and Argent Property Development Services LLP, for which he held seats on both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Nicho holds an MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School and is a chartered surveyor, having qualified in 2004.
