At this webinar Mr. Glen Dogan of Perpetual Corporate Trust, Mr. Matthew Faddy of The GPT Group and Mr Richard Stacker of Charter Hall shared with us the trends that are shaping the industrial and logistics market in Australia today – and in the future.

Speakers
Glen is the Genreal Manager of Sales and Marketing at Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT) with responsibility for establishing and driving sales and marketing strategies across Funds Management, Debt Markets and Digitial Service offerings. Glen has spent the last seven years managing PCT sales team and growing client base in Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. His strength lies in developing client relationships, executing against business development and marketing strategies - skills he has honed over 20 years in te financial services industry.
Prior to Glen's current role, he as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Perpetual's Singapore business, where he was instrumental in growing the company's Asian trustee business. He was primarily responsible for helping clients with listing of their fund vehicles on the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as assisting them with their cross-border transactions into Australia.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Accounting and currently sits on the Perpetual Corporate Trust Investment Committee.
A real estate industry leader iwth over 30 years' professional experience in delivering sustained results through leading teams in areas of funds management and capital sourcing, development, investment management, asset and property management.
As Head of Office and Logistics at The GPT Group, Matthew leads the team that develop and manage our $12.9bn Office portfolio and $3bn industrial portfolio.
Matthew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Wollongong University, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Alumni of Harvard Advanced Management Program and is a New South Wales Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Matthew is the Chair of the National Cities Roundtable for the Property Council of Australia and Vice President of the NSW Divisional Council.
Richard is CEO of Charter Hall’s Industrial & Logistics business. Having worked at Charter Hall for over 10 years he is a member of the executive leadership team that has been responsible for growing the real estate platform to greater than $50billion in funds under management and being recognised as the leading Australian manager of third party capital. Richard’s previous roles at Charter Hall across multiple real estate sectors, include leading the highly successful Direct real estate funds management platform and Global Investor Relations function.
Currently heading Charter Hall’s fast growing Industrial & Logistics business, Richard is responsible for leading the team responsible for close to $15 billion in industrial & logistics assets under management and a growing $2 billion development pipeline. He is also an executive director on the responsible entity boards’ that oversee Charter Hall’s unlisted real estate platform.
Richard has over 25+ years’ experience in real-estate funds management, real-estate finance, accounting and risk management. Prior to Charter Hall, Richard was CEO of Macquarie Direct Real Estate, General Manager of Global Risk Management at Lend Lease and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
