Peter is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Investa and an Executive Director of Investa Office Management Pty Ltd. Peter is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic group initiatives, managing capital relationships, overseeing capital transactions, commercial developments and providing investment support for clients of the company, with the objective of optimising investment performance.
 
Peter has been with Investa for over 13 years and prior to being appointed CIO, was Fund Manager of Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF), where he was responsible for the daily management and strategic direction of the fund. During this time, ICPF delivered strong investment performance and executed a strategy that enhanced portfolio quality and increased scale, resulting in the fund becoming the pre-eminent unlisted prime office fund in Australia.T
 
Peter has broad property, funds management and finance experience gained during his 18 years in the industry and prior to joining Investa held senior roles with AMP Capital Investors and BDO Corporate Finance.

Natalie joined Lendlease in March 2010 and was appointed to her current role in August 2018.

In her current role, Natalie leads the Investor Relations team, and is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing institutional investors and their consultants. She is also focussed on investor requirements including co-ordinating investor reporting, regular fund manager updates, asset tours and information requests. Natalie is also the day-to-day contact for Lendlease Funds Management’s existing product range, as well as any new funds launched.

Prior to her current role, Natalie worked within Lendlease’s Investment and Capital Markets team.  In this role, Natalie held responsibility for the structuring, analysis and marketing of any new wholesale investment products developed by Lendlease Funds Management.

Natalie has over nine years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Lendlease, Natalie had five years’ experience across financial accounting and analysis roles within Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Babcock & Brown.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Master of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Zenia Chan joined UBS Asset Management’s Real Estate business in 2015 – which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM). Zenia is responsible for real estate funds finance and product operations, specializing and passionate in Built-to-Rent in Australia. 
Within REPM’s Funds to Funds business, Zenia performs a client service and coordination role with investors and third parties in Australia. 

Prior to joining REPM, Zenia was a Senior fund accountant looking after all asset classes in UBS Asset Management's business in Australia. 

Before joining UBS, Zenia was a Senior Project Accountant for Russell Investment covering on-boarding of superannuation fund clients. 
Zenia began her career as fund accountant in superannuation and financial service.

Zenia is a Certified Practicing Accountant and MBA.
