Current Responsibilities

Ben leads JLL's point of view on the Future of Work in the Asia Pacific region which includes driving high performance on priority global accounts, and integrating our strategic position on Human Experience with our HR leadership team. He also collaborates with JLL’s Firm Strategy and transformation teams to define our sales and go-to-market approach.

Ben has developed a number of tools and methods for our consulting business on new ways of working and organisation design.  He is responsible for bringing our Future of Work point of view to life  in our flagship offices across the region and leads the team developing our NXT Office Experience; a technology product that accelerates the way our investor and occupier clients find, evaluate and transact space.

Experience

Ben played a central role in JLL’s Corporate Solutions transformation, bringing an integrated approach to the way we deliver value for our priority accounts. Working closely with our regional account management organisation, Ben has designed and delivered bespoke interactive workshops with Morgan Stanley, UBS, Accenture, Shell, WIPro, Amazon and others to align strategy to people and drive performance in the workplace. 

Prior to joining JLL, Ben was a Partner at Business Models Inc., a global Strategy Design Consultancy. Business Models Inc. produced the Business Model Canvas and over 20 design thinking tools for consulting in partnership with some of the world’s leading designers. Under Ben’s leadership, Business Models Inc. was awarded Good Design Australia’s inaugral Design Pioneer Award in 2018.

Ben has an eclectic background that traverses roles in the Entertainment, Education, Not for Profit, Culture, Technology and Professional Services. He is perhaps best described as an Expert Generalist and has built a career out of interdisciplinary multi-party collaborations. Ben has worked on high profile international projects with companies like CISCO, IBM, Virgin and Google and has worked with Government organisations and higher education institutions leading design and transformation projects.
