Presenters Bios
Hiroshi Okubo joined CBRE in October 2013 to lead the research operations for the Japanese market. In this capacity he oversees a team of analysts and researchers studying leasing and investment trends within the nation’s office, logistics, and retail sectors. The team also covers other facets of the domestic real estate marketplace and provides viewpoints on topics of relevant interest to owners, occupiers, and investors.
Experience
Before joining CBRE, he spent nearly 16 years working as a sell-side equity analyst for investment banks that included Mizuho Securities, Macquarie Capital Securities, Goldman Sachs, and UBS. He has covered interests in the real estate sector since 2000.
Education

Daisuke Kitta is the Head of Blackstone Japan, Head of Real Estate Japan and is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone based in Tokyo. Since joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Kitta has been involved in analyzing various real estate investment opportunities in Japan. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kitta worked at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for originating and executing real estate transactions in Japan.
Mr. Kitta received a degree in Economics from Nihon University and also graduated with a B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
Mr. Le joined PAG in 2001 and is responsible for overseeing real estate investment activities in Japan and opportunistic fund strategies across the APAC region. Prior to 2001, Mr. Le was in charge of the underwriting and analytics group of Secured Capital Corp (currently Eastdil Secured) in Los Angeles. Mr. Le holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with concentrations in both finance and operations & information systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
