This event was succesfully held in Herbert Smith Freehlls Melbourne office on 21 November 2013. In this event, Mr. David Dickinson, former Managing Director & Global Head of Research & Strategic Planning of GIC Real Estate shared his views on Asia real estate investment trends. Following that, Alan Dalgleish, Chief Executive-Designate of ANREV presented the latest results of the ANREV Asia Index and a consultation paper on the recently-launched Global Index with consolidated data from INREV of Europe and NCREIF of North America. Alan also presented highlights of the Investor Reporting Best Practices Report jointly published with PwC Hong Kong.
