The 2020 ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions survey attracted 140 respondents in total including 125 institutional investors and 15 funds of funds managers. Ms. Amélie Delaunay, ANREV's Director of Research & Professional Standards will share with us the key highlights of the survey followed by panel discussion.

Amélie Delaunay Director, Research & Professional Standards ANREV Amélie Delaunay is the Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. She is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including market information and performance indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry. Amélie has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 13 years. Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |

Joyce Lo Director, Private Capital Advisory Joyce Lo joined Lazard in November 2019 as a Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group to be their Real Estate Specialist in the Asia Pacific region. |

Wilfred Ma Vice President Phoenix Property Investors Wilfred Ma has 10 years of experience in real estate and is a Vice President in the Phoenix Property Investors Greater China Investment Team. He is responsible for the origination of investments across the office, residential, industrial and retail sectors in Hong Kong, and has executed and managed multiple transactions for the opportunistic funds and a number of separate account mandates with an asset value of over US$3bn. This includes Tower 535 in Causeway Bay, The Morgan in Mid-levels, as well as the recent acquisition of 3 non-discretionary retail malls in Tseung Kwan O. Phoenix Property Investors is a pan-Asia private equity real estate group with fully integrated investment, asset management, and project management capabilities. Prior to Phoenix, Wilfred worked as an Associate at Vermilion Capital Management, a real estate fund based in Tokyo. Wilfred holds a BSc degree in Management from the London School of Economics, and received a Master’s degree in Real Estate at the University of Hong Kong. He also studied at Keio University in Japan. He currently serves as a committee member of the ULI Hong Kong Young Leaders Group. |

Alison Cooke Managing Director - Real Estate Starr International Investment Advisors (Asia) Limited Alison Cooke is Managing Director of Starr International’s Asia Pacific Real Estate Investment strategy, where she is responsible for investment sourcing, underwriting, acquisition and asset management. She has 30 years’ experience in a wide range of real estate functions. Prior to joining Starr in 2008, she was CEO of the HK branch of First American Title Insurance Company and a director at JLL for 16 years, based in the UK, Jakarta and Hong Kong, where she advised clients on real estate strategy in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Alison holds a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, UK. She is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. |
