Mr. Kelly Sheehy Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Artemis Real Estate Partners Mr. Kelly Sheehy is a Principal and the Managing Director of Artemis’ Healthcare Business and sits on the Investment Committee. He is responsible for developing and implementing the acquisition and asset management strategies for Artemis’ healthcare portfolio. Mr. Sheehy‘s healthcare experience spans core-plus and value-add healthcare real estate investing as well as healthcare operating business private equity investments. Mr. Sheehy has overseen over $1.8 billion in total healthcare acquisitions. Prior to Artemis, Mr. Sheehy spent six years at Formation Capital as a Managing Director, where he helped oversee Formation’s effort to identify, acquire and asset manage new investment opportunities in healthcare real estate and healthcare private equity. Mr. Sheehy worked for six years with members of the Artemis senior team at J.E. Robert Companies, where he concentrated on healthcare investments. Mr. Sheehy has served on the board of directors for multiple large healthcare organizations, including Hospice Compassus, RHA Health Services and Frontier Management. Mr. Sheehy received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia. He also served on the McIntire Young Alumni Council and served as Chairman of the Future Leaders Council for the National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Care Industry (NIC). |
