At this lunch Mr. Alan Dalgleish, Director of Research and Professional Standards from ANREV presented the results of ANREV's latest Investment Intentions Survey. He revealed the investment preferences of investors, fund managers and fund of funds managers in terms of location, sector and fund strategy as well as strategic views on the trends in the non-listed real estate market in Asia-Pacific for the coming 12 months.
