Denise Woo COO & Head of Asset Management KaiLong Group Bachelor of Commerce in Finance - University of Calgary, Canada Ms. Woo is the COO & Head of Asset Management managing the asset portfolio for KaiLong Greater China Real Estate Fund I & II and overseeing the Group’s operations. She has more than 25 years of solid experiences in real estate asset management in mainland China and Hong Kong. Prior to joining KaiLong in 2006, Ms. Woo was the Assistant Vice President of Shanghai Bund Center of Sinar Mas Group, overseeing the marketing, leasing and property management of this large-scale mix-used development. Before that, Ms. Woo had worked with Kerry Properties Limited, Chinese Estate Holdings Limited, Hutchison Whampoa Limited and Colliers. |
