Investing in global real estate - balancing risk and reward

Register now for the ANREV Korea conference taking place in Seoul on Tuesday 19 February and Wednesday 20 February 2019.

This is the sixth ANREV Korea conference and as in previous years the event will gather representatives from the Korean institutional investor universe as well as other prominent players from the global non-listed real estate industry.

The current global real estate cycle counts among the longest in recent history and there is a sense of caution among investors and lenders, linked to concerns about elevated real estate pricing, a perceived lack of available stock and heightened political uncertainty, In addition, global fiscal policy is loosening, but investors are bracing for tighter monetary conditions. With interest rates edging up and previously supportive quantitative easing programs being scaled back, real estate yield compression is fading and returns are slowing. In this uncertain market environment the conference will convene global opinion leaders under the theme "Investing in global real estate - balancing risk and reward?" to provide a new global outlook to Korean institutional investors.
