The ANREV Young Professionals Working Group (Australia) site tour was successfully hosted on 23 August at the ISPT's office in Melbourne. At this tour, Craig Blake, Danielle Dalby and Jason Lourensz from ISPT gave a presentation in relation to the Casselden precinct and development of 271 Spring Street. The event concluded with networking lunch.

Craig Blake

Portfolio Manager, Commercial Services

ISPT

Craig has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate, including nearly 10 years with JLL and 7 years as National Head of Asset Management for BlackRock Investment Management. He is the Portfolio Manager for ISPT Commercial Services Team, which manages a portfolio of 29 existing commercial assets comprising 875,000sqm, valued at $7.5bn, with a further 7 assets under development.

 

Danielle Dalby

Property Investment Manager

ISPT

Danielle currently manages a Melbourne portfolio of offices comprising 190,000sqm of space which is valued at $1.6bn. She has 20 years experience in real estate and law including 11 years with ISPT in investment management, capital transactions and legal.

 

 

    

Jason Lourensz

Development Manager

ISPT

Jason has over 20 years of industry experience, and in his role over the past 12 years at ISPT as a Development Manager he has delivered several green field projects from feasibility all the way through to final occupation.
